*note-Deep cleanings are required for any

first time cleaning(Initial clean-Move-in/

out clean) with Maid of Standard 

and are charged by the hour.

Afterwards, Flat rate pricing will be

determined for recurring cleaning per home.

Initial clean/Move-in/out clean:

With initial cleans and move-in/out cleans we find it better

to do a walk-thru of your home or establishment which will enable us to see and hear

your concerns relating to your home. It will also allow us to obtain a better estimate of the

time and cost. Phone estimates are available depending on your location and travel time.
